This unforgettable seafood dinner will have four courses (including dessert) designed and made by four distinguished chefs with wine pairing.
Join us for an unforgettable evening at The Anchor of Hope Dinner, a fundraising event dedicated to supporting two remarkable organizations: HMWIUSA and The Fulton Fish Cooperative.
This special night brings together community leaders, food lovers, and advocates to make a meaningful impact. All proceeds from the event will directly benefit both organizations in their vital missions.
HMWIUSA is dedicated to improving the mental health and wellbeing of individuals working in the hospitality industry. Through education, support, and advocacy, they are creating a sustainable and supportive work environment for chefs and restaurant staff across the country.
The Fulton Fish Cooperative is a proud symbol of New York's rich maritime heritage, empowering local fishermen and sustaining the tradition of ethical, community-based seafood sourcing. Their work promotes sustainable fishing practices and ensures that high-quality, fresh seafood continues to reach consumers and restaurants alike.
At The Anchor of Hope Dinner, guests will enjoy a delicious, chef-curated menu showcasing fresh, sustainable seafood, while learning more about the life-changing work both organizations are doing. The evening will include live entertainment, inspiring speeches, and the opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals committed to creating lasting change.
Your presence and generosity will help provide the much-needed resources and awareness to support the mental health of workers in the hospitality industry and preserve the future of sustainable fishing practices. Together, we celebrate the industry we love and stand up for the people who make it great.
